Abstract

The development of requirements in gaseous helium of high purity is cleanness is watched. For its tonnage production it is rational to use the helium of the Orenburg helium plant as the raw material. In the given article the basic technologies of industrial production of compression helium of high purity not less than 99,9999 % of inclusion volume fraction are described. The requirements to the helium of high purity are considered which finding the reflection in the project, prepared  by authors for the  approval the corresponding  technical specifications in the  Government Standardization.
