Abstract

The air separation units and their compressor equipment to represent the complex engineering structures. They requires the personnel having a high level of readiness. The Association «UA-SIGMA» together with the Odessa State Academy of Refrigeration has organized the system of continuous education to a process specialists for aiding to the enterprises the effective decision of personnel problems. In article the structure of organization of continuous education in the Odessa State Academy of Refrigeration is described and the first results of its positive using are resulted.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
