Profitability, reliability and durability of piston compressors essentially influence on the basic power, technical and economic parameters, and also resource of work’s systems which manufacturing the industrial gases, for example, on the resource of air separation plant for reception of oxygen, nitrogen and argon. Unfortunately, various characteristics of native compressors, their durability and energy consumption are far from perfect. In this connection in the mentioned systems which manufacturing industrial gases maintained in modes of long continuous work are forcedly applies the reservation of compressors that increases the capital expenses and operational costs. The modern unique development of the company «Compressor Products International» allows to carry out the modernization of piston compressors with the purpose, at first - reductions of expenses of oil or its complete exception, secondly — sharp improvement of their characteristics. In present article the achievement of the stated company describes, the experience of successful application of its effective materials, technologies and designs improving critical components of piston compressors generalizes and informs about cooperative program with Association «UA-SIGMA» for modernization of native piston compressors working in air separation plant.
