The units for processing of flue gases are mainly created for extraction of dioxide carbon by method of its absorption-desorption. The efficiency of such units is low. The stated thermodynamic analysis has shown that exergy efficiency of units can be increased 25 % if in addition to gas dioxide carbon one will also manufacture nitrogen. The effective use of excess heat of steam or its condensate enables to increase exergy efficiency by 2–4 times in comparison with its values of existing units.
