NEW TASKS DURING DESIGNING OF MANUFACTURES OF AIR SEPARATION PRODUCTS

Abstract

The creation of new manufactures of air separation products or modernization of existing ones are realized on the basis of the equipment of air separation plants with the modern circuit and constructive decisions. The features of such plants are necessary to take into account in the carried out equipment designs. Besides, at designing it is necessary to consider a number of changes in the normative documents of interbranch and branch character. All this causes the necessity of the decision of new tasks at designing of manufactures of air separation products. Such tasks are successfully considered in the plural equipment designs executed by JSC «Giprokislorod», where the equipment of modern air separation plants made by JSC «Cryogenmash» is used. The complexities in performance of design works are considered in connection with reconstruction of air separation shops; the data of the used compressor equipment are resulted.
