EFFICIENT AND HIGH-QUALITY CRYOGENIC ARMATURE

Abstract

The armature used in systems of cryogenic engineering relates into to complex and responsible productions. Company «Herose» has long-term traditions in manufacturing of different armatures, including cryogenic. For production of such armatures the special factory has been constructed in Bad Oldesloe (Germany) in 1996. At factory the manufacturing of cryogenic armatures is organized at a high level. The main technical and technological characteristics from computers of developers are transmitted to electronic system of processing centers for high quality of maintenance of productions. A lot of attention is given for safety clearing and degreasing of productions items. At factory is generated the system of the multiple supervisory control of all processes of manufacturing of cryogenic valves. The high quality of production stipulates the growth of orders. Among consumers of the armature of company «Herose» are practically all basic in the world manufacturers of the cryogenic equipment.
