Abstract

The gaseous compressed nitrogen with cleanliness up to 97% is necessary for creation of inert environments in various areas of the industry and an agriculture. Its manufacture can be carried out in plants with membrane separation blocks. On creation of nitric air-membrane stations with productivity on products nitrogen up 2,5…26,5 nм3/min. which delivers to the consumer with pressure up to 8 bar (g) is informed. The membrane cartridges will consist from hollow fiberes. The compression of air before separation  is made in two-level screw compressors of dry compression. The stations are made in transport and stationary variants.
