PROBLEMS OF MAINTENANCE OF EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY DURING MANUFACTURES OF AIR SEPARATION PRODUCTS AT THE DESIGN STAGE

To the scientific and technical aspects of safety and efficiency of manufactures of air separation products give a lot of attention. Basically in such publications consider the corresponding indices of the concrete process of equipment or systems. However the parameters of efficiency and safety can change essentially at inclusion of the equipment in the general technological complex which structure includes also the auxiliary and power equipment of common industrial performance, systems of engineering maintenance, control and automation, and also building and building constructions. The control and maintenance of corresponding level of efficiency and safety at design stage of technological complex just also today represents the main goal of designers. Since 1946 these problems are solved with branch project institute which successor is Open Society «Giprokislorod». Some positions of the general analysis of a today’s situation with the organization of designing in branch of manufacture of air separation products are stated.
