The increase of productivity and reliability of measurements at conducting of the gas analysis with use of modernization of gas-analytic means on the basis of new techniques can give the appreciable effect. The description of an original technique of definition of microimpurity of oxygen and hydrogen in rare gases with application of the detector with catalytic shoulder elements from platinum is resulted. The way of calibration of the detector is considered and the gas circuits of device’s work are submitted.
