Abstract

For reception of high quality cellulose it is necessary to bleach it. Transfer from chlorine to oxygen bleach raises the efficiency of this process. At the enterprise for manufacture of oxygen is created the oxygen station in some stages. The first air separation unit (ASU) already works. It is informed on the beginning of operation of the second ASU, related to a class of units of new generation. The distinctive feature of such unit is the increased productivity in modes for giving out of liquid products. It is provided by application of the basic heat exchanger on special design and using of additional low-temperature refrigerating machine. The ASU is fully-automated.
