Abstract

The valves are alone important elements of the piston compressor as influence not only on its efficiency work but also reliability. It is informed about working up of new direct-flow selfacting valves of type PIK -АG which are rational for using in the first and second steps of the multistage piston compressor. In these valves is realized the gas damping of working gear plates. The ring valves with gas dampers are created for application in the third-sixth steps of the compressor. The compressors, working on polluted or coking gases, is expedient to complete with more effective and timeproof valves with polymeric plates. The mathematical model of the selfacting valve is stated. The settlement research of the basic characteristics of various types of valves of the third step of the compressor 6ВM16-140/200М1 confirms more higher efficiency of valves of new designs.
