The appearance of tonnage air separation plants of new generation coincided in the time with the scale reconstruction of the oxygen production in metallurgical enterprises. The need for performing installation work under the conditions of the acting production led the assembly organizations to solve nonstandard, specific tasks. Small assembly space, saturation by communications, corrosive atmosphere, high dustiness, all these factors require finding and strict observance of the technological solutions, the high qualification of specialists in all stages of work, from the development of design to the adjustment and launching of installations in the operation.
