Abstract

Armature used in systems of cryogenic engineering belongs to complex and responsible products. The firm «Herose GmbH» from Germany has long-term traditions in manufacturing of various armature, including cryogenic. At factory is organized the new safety and cryogenic stop valves. The feature of cryogenic valves that they allow to make the survey or repair of valve's sealing elements without breaking, of  heat-insulation. It causes an opportunity of their application in cryogenic air separation units. They can reliably function at lower temperatures (down to 3 К), that creates the conditions for their use in hydrogen and helium refrigerators or liquefiers.
