Abstract

A diagnostics of mechanical condition of rotating machinery and the estimation of a danger of the defects which arise during operation are one of the most effective methods to increase the equipment reliability. The monitoring system of technological parameters for turbo-expander units has been developed and introduced. This system includes the functions of vibration control using the contactless sensors of the displacements. The system is use as the regular equipment for emergency protection of turbo-expander units and to use as the equipment for making their full factory tests.
