Waste gases of ammoniac manufactures represent the valuable raw materials for extraction from it hydrogen and helium. The general structure for reception from waste gases Н2-Не-concentrate and its subsequent separation into pure hydrogen and helium is considered. The critical analysis of known processes, technological circuits and plants used for processing the waste gases is carried out. On its basis the conclusion about necessity of increase of efficiency of a preliminary separation step (PSS) of waste gas is made. Requirements to PSS are generated. It is shown that it is necessary in structure of step to include the rectifying column, on an output from which the gas fraction should go in dephlegmator cooled by nitrogen. The conclusion about higher profitability of dephlegmator processes in combination with freezing-out of nitrogen from Н2-Не-concentrate is made in comparison with processes of low-temperature adsorptions.
