ANALYSIS of PROCESSES INTO UNIT of RECTIFICATION IN MODERNIZED ASP АжКжААрж-2

Air separation plants (ASP) such as АжКжААрж-2 can make equally with oxygen and nitrogen also liquid argon. In standard plants for increase of purity of argon apply method «Deokso» based on use of hydrogen. In some cases it is possible to refuse this technology. Unit of rectification of ASP is possible to modernize with small expenses if there is consumer of argon with the maintenance in it of oxygen about 1 % (vol.) and an insignificant impurity of nitrogen. It is shown that in this case is necessary to add the small by size condenser into separation unit of raw argon and pressure pipe. Сalculations of rectification unit of modernize ASP confirm that such changes allow to increase quality of made liquid argon.
