SELECTIVE MANUFACTURE OF CIRCULITE FOR MODERN ASP

Abstract

The best kind of heat-insulation for cold blocks of modern air separation plants (ASP) is circulite. Manufacturers of plants make complex requirements for it, besides distinguished from each other. The manufacturers of isolation need to reconstruct technological processes for their performance, beginning from selection of raw material and finishing by way of charging circulate in cold blocks of ASP. Except this is necessary to change on selective manufacture of heat-insulation. Parameters of circulate are analyzed; distinction in values of parameters which are established by various standards and specifications is marked. The basic realized actions which have allowed in combination with selective manufacture of heat-insulation to provide performance of all requirements of manufacturers of ASP are described.
