The mathematical models and methods for analysis of air coolers taking into account peculiarity operation are making. The influence on efficiency of the device of number dead-end tubing because of its pollutions over unsatisfactory quality of circulating water is researching. The methodic for definition of efficiency of air coolers of the compressors are developed, allowing to carry out their multiparametric optimization. The criterion function in optimization is minimum of specific consumption price. The optimal consumptions of water and gas through device are specified by means of introduced economic characteristic.
