Safe operation of air separation plants (ASP) should be constantly provided by the maintenance personnel. It is necessary to take into account that results of the current control over contents of explosive impurity in liquid oxygen do not allow to one-valued estimate a approximation degree of condensers-evaporators ASP to dangerous operating conditions. For such estimation it is necessary to consider a data set about contents of this impurity in liquid oxygen for all working time of ASP. Methodical questions of an estimation of an approximation degree to dangerous operating conditions of condensers-evaporators of various types of ASP are stated.
