The great experience received in the process of development, analysis, testing and exploitation of cryogenic helium systems (CHS) for different purpose, explains the necessity of long and also short term of CHS forcing and cryogenic helium plants (CHP) manufacturing. It is mentioned that if such possibility is foreseen, it allows solving more easily and with less expenses many problems, appearing during the coordination of CHS settings with cryogenic consumers. The main methods of CHS (CHP) forcing are taken into consideration and it is paid attention to the dependence of the forcing degree on the work order.
