Abstract

Growing demand on liquefied natural gas (LNG) causes continuous improvement of units schemes and special equipment necessary for their production. Low and large-tonnage schemes of LNG-complexes have been given and their components have been described. Machinery used during production, shipment and storage of LNG has been examined. It is paid much attention to the special equipment developed for its use mainly in LNG-complexes.
