WHAT DOES RESTRAIN THE WIDER USE OF NATURAL GAS AS A MOTOR FUEL?

A tenth international gas business-forum and exhibition «World of liquefied and compressed gases-2010» took place in Kiev on June, 16-18. An organizer of exhibition is the Kyiv company «МEDVIN». The event attracted more than 50 companies from 10 countries worldwide. It showed that in Ukraine there is a capacious market of gas fuel and necessary equipment the segments of which are occupied by both home and foreign producers. The exhibition front of the pavilion demonstrated bulky equipment. Many companies offer modern suites and related services for the conversion of automobiles to LPG or CNG, electronics for cars, compressed-gas equipment, filling stations for LPG, compressors and NGV filling stations (CNG). The exhibition and business forum will promote greater use of gas as motor fuel, the formation of the market high-quality equipment and services in this area.
