ANALYSIS OF REASONS OF EXPLOSIONS OF OXYGEN CYLINDERS: COMMENT TO LUHANSK TRAGEDY

The explosions of oxygen cylinders in Ukraine specify on that the problems of their safe filling and use due attention. They are accompanied by human victims, destruction of buildings and equipment. Severe consequences caused an explosion of oxygen cylinder in a municipal hospital № 7 Lugansk, are considered. From an explosion bearing constructions collapsed 2-5 floors five-storey building; killing 16 people., Injured nine persons are trauma. Reasons which resulted in the explosion of oxygen cylinder in a municipal hospital № 7 Luhansk are considered.We present the recommendations at their mandatory application may prevent the beginnings of similar situations.
