Abstract

Piston compressors are widely used in continuous technological cycles, production or use of industrial gases. Therefore, it are presented stringent requirements for providing high efficiency and reliability for a long period of operation. System diagnostics and automatic protection of compressors, «Tehprognoz 2210» developed by «Komdiagnostika» is proposed to use for achieves this objective. After installation of highly sensitive and fast-response sensors, the system allows to monitor on the compressor unit, collect data about its status, recognition and prevention of possible accidents. The system «Tehprognoz 2210» to carry out these functions has its own set of applications.
