Abstract

The demand is growing for the installation of small productivity for the liquefaction of natural gas. LNG-units requires to create based on relatively simple and reliable cycles, for example, throttle-ejector of a high pressure. In such LNG-units blocks of liquefaction can have block-modular design. The characteristics of LNG-units USPG-1,5 and USPG-2,5, produced by company «Cryogenmash» (Balashikha, Moscow region) are considered. Four units USPG-1,5 have been successfully used in China, two more USPG-2,5, recently sent to the same. Specific expenses on liquefaction are 0,66 kWh/kg LNG.
