CRYOGENIC PIPELINES: FROM DESIGNING TO PUTTING INTO OPERATION

Abstract

The area of cryogenic pipelines application is transportation of cryogenic liquids from a production to storage site or from a storage to consumption site. Different types of heat insulation which are used in the cryogenic pipeline constructions are considered. The basic principles of designing cryogenic pipelines have been described. The experience of designing and production development of the cryogenic pipelines with screen-vacuum insulation of SPE «Cryoservice» has been generalized.
