The classical technology of processing neon and helium concentrate has been considered. The necessity of reducing the specific energy consumption for the production of light inert gases has been justified. The reserves to reduce operating costs when processing stripping stream consisting of neon and helium has been detected. It has been proposed to include in the scheme of a membrane module in which the separation of neon flow occurs and simultaneously the enrichment of a mixture with helium takes place. A cost-efficient technology for the production of neon and helium increases by increasing the duration of the cycle of the cryogenic adsorbers and reducing the number of compressors.
