Prilling process, which is the crystallization and solidification of melt drops in high hollow spray tower in the cooling air stream, it is widely used in industry for the preparation of spherical granules of fertilizers, including carbamide. The modern design of the tower JSC «NIIK» can not only get high quality carbamide, but also, thanks to highly efficient dust removal devices equipping the injection type have a minimal impact on the environment. In connection with the tightening of regulations on the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere are considered different approaches to improve the process. It can be considered a promising substitute air to carbon dioxide.
