Processes in cryogenic tanks for storage of cryogenic products are associated with the changes in the parameters due to the heat gained from the environment. The presence of heat leak causes evaporation and a consequent loss of cryogenic product, if storage is open-drain, or an increase of internal energy and hence the pressure and temperature in case of storage in a closed container. When calculating such processes there is a need to use the data about the isochoric heat capacity of cryogenic product. This work is devoted to determination of the isochoric heat capacity of a two-phased system by applying the equation of state like as van der Waals equation.
