In recent years, Russia has been actively working on the use of liquefied natural gas (LNG) not only as fuel in industry and municipal services, but also in transportation industry. The main component of established for this purpose complexes is a high-capacity natural gas liquefaction plant located near the main gas pipeline. From this plant, LNG must be delivered to regasification terminals. For this purpose, the complex should have stationary cryogenic tanks and LNG delivery vehicles. The main components of the project of the modular natural gas regasification terminal mostly using packaged units and equipment, is considered in the paper. The project provides for the use of such key elements of its own production as effective atmospheric LNG gas generators (R&D Monitoring) and cryogenic tank containers for transporting LNG (Uralcryomash).
