The inert gases Ne, Kr and Xe in industrial scale produced from gas mixtures, which are by-products of air separation. It is very important to correctly identify the quantity of specified gases at all stages of the process sequence they are received for production planning and settlements with suppliers and customers. The paper presents gravimetric and manometric methods estimation of compressed gases volume. It is given a comparative evaluation of the proposed methods by various authors to calculate the amount of valuable components in compressed gas mixtures on the base of manometric method. Universal method that allows with a sufficient degree of accuracy to determine the amount of inert components in gas mixtures is developed. The accuracy of the computational method was verified by comparing the computed volumes of inert gases with the results of the implementation of the gravimetric method.
