It is shown how in the stream simulator COCO/ChemSep a cryogenic air separation unit (ASU) is simulated to produce oxygen at a pressure of 16 MPa. During the simulation atmospheric air is considered as a triple mixture of nitrogen, oxygen and argon. Peculiarities of building ASU model and its tuning up are reflected in the paper. The possibilities of the interface of the software product, construction of alignment charts and graphic display are considered. Obtained results correspond to the real data of this type of units. It is established that the stream simulator COCO/ChemSep can be used in the development of units for liquefaction and separation of mixtures.
