Abstract

Analytical control devices such as hygrometers and gas analyzers and also means of its metrological supply have broad application in many industries and in science researches. It's reported about development of hygrometers, gas-analyzers and sample metrological means with application modern microprocessor technology. These apparatus meets application in the manufacturing of сlean gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon) as for products of air separation.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
After receiving an article for publication as required revision scientometric databases each author directs the license agreement on the assignment and transfer of the management of copyright.
