Professional teacher training modelling in higher educational institutions of Ukraine

Abstract

The article describes different ways of teacher training modelling, which involves determining the amount and quality of information provided, posing problems, and orientation on the teacher’s creativity. The article grounds radical changes in the modern interpretation of educational activities related to its democratic structure, representation of its contents in the curricula, programs and textbooks. The emphasis is placed on the functions of the future teacher performance and the relevant aspects of modelling their training, creating learning environment similar to the realities of life.
