The properties of QCD at low energies and their connection with the Lagrangian, which depends only on the mesons, are obtained. The low-energy Lagrangian of mesons, which includes the kinetic and mass terms and the term derived from QCD by means of bosonization, makes it possible to solve U(1) the problem.References
