We have investigated the process of ionization of the metastable Thallium atoms by electron-impact in the conditions of crossed electronic and atomic beams. We have also determined full cross section of ionization from metastable 6s2 6p 2Р3/2 state which is 3.5⋅10-15 sm2 for energy electrons 12 eV.
