Geostationary orbit occupancy and results of its control

The variation of a risk of collision on geostationary orbit is determined during last 8 years. On the average he has changed poorly except for two strong jumps. Is established, that the returning of orbit of drifting object in an equatorial plane can be found not only after 53 years after he became to uncontrolled state, but also through 2 - 4 years after unsuccessful launch of a satellite into orbit. In particular, at the end of December, 2009 the inclination of orbit of the satellite 97016A has passed through zero value. As a result of this risk of collisions of uncontrolled satellites with active satellites was increased in 3 - 4 times. His maximum does not coincide with the moment of returning of object in an equatorial plane. Such maximum of collision risk probability can be two.
