Description of the С30 and С42 quasifullerenes has been done by using the superspace symmetry concept. From the found array of the modulation vectors, the system of equations concerning the amplitudes of the modulating items of the mass modulation function has been furnished; the phonon spectra for the high-symmetry directions of the Brillouin zone have been obtained.
