The theoretical description of the energy spectrum of stationary states of deformed nuclei is carried in the model "core" plus two valency nucleons over filled shells. The description has been carried within of the hyperspherical adiabatic approach in ground of which is the supposition about adiabatic charter motion of valency nucleons along hyperradius R and the introduction of the notion of the potential nuclei term Uµ(R).
