Yanson point-contactAbstract
Samples of gas-sensitive sensors have been created. They were designed as a point-contact mesoscopic multistructure of the TCNQ-based organic conductive compounds family. Sensors’ electric conductivity was investigated at the equilibrium state as well as under action of a composite gas medium, namely, human exhaled breath. The point-contact mesoscopic multistructure demonstrates a complicated integral response curve on exposure to the breath gas. The obtained results are prerequisites for development of point-contact gas sensors for breath analysis.
