The X-ray diffractometric analysis on Sb content (0–8 at.% Sb) in polycrystalline bismuth-antimony solid solutions were obtained. In the range of 2.5–3.0 at.% Sb concentration sharp increase in the lattice parameters a and c which can be associated with redistribution of antimony atoms in the crystal of bismuth at the phase transition to the gapless state were revealed.
