Luminescence properties of matlockite (PbFCl) family layered crystals (tetragonal bismuth and lanthanides oxyhalides and barium and lead fluorhalides) are studied. Considerable asymmetry of irradiation spectrums it is discovered. The proper model is offered and built. It is shown that considerable asymmetry of irradiate recombination spectrums is conditioned the effect of «corrugating» of energy bands.References
