Effect of irradiation on optical and electrical properties of HgSe-SnSe2-Ga2Se3 and ZnSe-GeSe2-Ga2Se3 chalcogenide glass systems is investigated. Optical and electrical parameters are determined and calculated from the experiments. The obtained results are treated in the framework of coordination disordering model, characteristic for this class of materials.
