A new component in the elastic energy and its influence on phase transitions

A new term in the elastic energy is presented. An equation for the temperature dependence of magnetization is obtained, on its base the temperature dependences of magnetization y=f(T/T0) being plotted. The conditions of first- and second-order phase transitions arc found and analyzed. The obtained results arc compared with the known data for the linear model.
