Abstract

The activation energy determination of relaxation process, caused by the elementary moving of glass structural elements, with taking into account its possible temperature dependence was considered. On the base of internal friction study, the value of energy barrier and frequency of "particles" local transitions in the most typical chalcogenide glasses As2S3 and As2Se3 were estimated
