Investigations on optimization of component compound of the gas-discharge coaxial HgBr- excimer lamp have been carried out. It was detected, that for the mixtures of HgBr2:N2:He, HgBr2:Xe:N2:He compound radiation intensity of λ 502 nm more by a factor of 21.5 and 4.2 in comparison with the HgBr2:He mixture, respectively. Was attained warming up of a working mixture at the expense of a discharge energy dissipation. The application simultaneously of a surface and barrier discharges gives the increase in the average power of radiation by a factor of 1.5 in comparison with usage only of barrier discharge. For the HgBr2:N2:He mixture the mean radiation power of excilamp was equal 6.8 mW at the pump pulse repetition frequency of 1900 Hz.
