Dipole Ising model for the crystals of Sn<sub>2</sub>P<sub>2</sub>S<sub>6</sub> family

The applicability of a dipole Ising model for the ferroelectrics of Sn2P2S6 family is discussed. The difference of the mechanisms of dipole ordering and a nature of the phase transitions (displacive or order-disorder type) in crystals Sn2Р2S6 and Sn2Р2Se6 was analyzed. It is described the glassy-like behavior of the diluted dipole models for solid solutions (РЬySn1-y)2Р2S(Se)6.References
