The kinetics of glass transition of the Ge-As-Se glasses is investigated by differential scanning calorimetry method. For based on the displacement the characteristic temperature points in the endothermic process of the softening region on the DSC curves when changing scan speeds were determined numerical values of activation energy of viscous flow. It is shown that they strongly depend on the average coordination number of glasses. The features and mechanisms of thermal effects in the studied materials was analyzed.References
