By the method of electron-photon spectroscopy was investigated interaction medium energy electrons with surface As2S3 films. The revealed features in the received spectra are explained. The absolute output of photons from a surface of As2S3 films, deposited on surface of silicon and K-8 glass, at bombardment by electrons with energy 450 eV in a range of wave-length 200-800 nanometers which makes N1= 7,57*10-4 phot./nm·el. and N2=1,75*10-3 phot./nm·el. is calculated.References
