We present a spectral data on the radiation emitted under sputtering of Be polycrystalline surface with Н*, Н2*, Н3* Не+, Ne* and К+ ions. The radiation is studied within the 50-800 nm wavelength range. The energy of the primary beam was varied within 5-20 keV range. Four types of radiation have been observed. Their characteristics and origins were studied and are discussed in the paper.
